Terms of Business
These terms relate only to purchases made through our online shop. All details of business terms, prices & descriptions of items offered for sale in this shop are current, subject to change without prior notice & replace any previously advertised details. (E & 0 E)

Our Guarantee
Our aim is your satisfaction. A refund [excluding postage] or exchange is offered on any item that fails to meet with your expectations, with the exception of cut or custom made goods, where a refund can only be offered if the item is found to faulty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Whilst every effort is made to show true colour representation, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will be showing you the same as ours! We're happy to send small cuttings of any cloth if matching to an existing garment is necessary.
We ask that you notify us of any problem within 7 working days.

Ordering
Please refer to the help section [next to the view basket toggle]. Additionally, you may order by post or telephone and can pay using credit/debit cards, Bank transfer, Bank draft, Cash [in Sterling and at your own risk], cheque or International Money Order.

Delivery & Back Orders
We aim to despatch all stock items within 7 working days.

Where part or all of your order is in production (at Chimera) despatch will be within 28 days.

You will be notified in the unlikely event that we cannot despatch within 28 days for any reason, and we will give you the option to cancel or place the item on back order.

Backorders will be delivered as soon as possible after the 28 days and subject to your agreement

Delivery Charges
All orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge and are not despatched until full payment is received. The correct charges will be automatically calculated via our Shopping basket ordering system and are based on the total weight of your order, your location and our normal method of despatch.

Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Chimera Costumes until fully paid for.

Payment
All payments will be taken in British Pounds (££) Sterling. The Dollar & Euro values are approximations only.

Card Payments
Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% surcharge and a minimum payment of £10.
Debit cards are not subject to a surcharge or a minimum payment.

Please note that we are unable to despatch goods to any person or address other than that of the cardholder.
